Review History of a Mobile Number
This short user guide will show you how an Administrator can use Text Chat to view the historical conversations to a particular mobile number.
Once you have logged on to the Cloud Portal and launched Text Chat, use the navigation menu on the left of the screen to select Administrator and then Reports and Statistics.
On this page you can enter a mobile number, which must be in international format (e.g. 447000000000), and click Search to search for the message history.
The message history of that mobile number will then appear, detailing dates and times of inbound and outbound messages and the message content. The report will appear in the same format as the Current Message screen, to allow you to follow the conversation in chat form.
