View Message Statistics
This short user guide will show you how to view the message summary for all messages that have been through your Text Chat account.
N.B. Only Staff Supervisors and Administrators are able to access this part of Text Chat.
Once you have logged in to the Cloud Portal and launched Text Chat use the navigation menu on the left of the screen to select Staff Supervisor and then Message Summary.
Here you can search by selecting a time period from the drop down at the top of the page and clicking Generate. The results will appear lower down the page under Search Results.
In the results you will be able to see messages; in, ignored, pending, out, their average length and then the relevant delivery statuses of those messages. This is useful to see the messaging activity and deliverability of your Text Chat account. For more detailed reporting statistics you can view the Usage section of the Cloud Portal.
