Manage Text Operatives
This short user guide will show you how to add new or edit existing Text Chat Operatives.
N.B. Only Staff Supervisors and Administrators are able to access this part of Text Chat.
Once you have logged on to the Cloud Portal and launched Text Chat use the navigation menu on the left of the screen to select Staff Supervisor and then Text Operative Management.
Under this section you can see all the current Operatives and their details at the top of the screen. You can select Edit or Delete next to the Operative to edit or delete that user.
To add a new Operative, simply complete the details required below, and select whether you want to create a Chat User or Supervisor then click Create. Once you have created a user, it will appear in the table at the top of the screen.
