Test & Seed Numbers:
This short user guide will show you how to set up and edit Test & Seed Numbers in your Campaign Manager account.
N.B. this is the only part of Campaign Manager that can be accessed by both administrators and users.
Once you have logged on to the Cloud Portal and launched Campaign Manager, use the navigation menu to choose Administration and then Test & Seed Numbers.
The Campaign Acknowledgement Numbers page will then open. Here you will be able to see any current Test & Seed numbers that you may have as well as be able to add and delete them.
You can add numbers by completing the fields at the bottom of the page; you will need to complete all the primary fields to save the number. You can also add in data to the custom fields if you want to.
N.B. if you use merged fields in your messages you will need to include data in those fields for your test numbers to receive the messages with the fields in. Also numbers should be entered in international format.
Once you have completed all the fields, simply click Save.
