This short user guide will show you how to run a Blacklist report from Campaign Manager, to view all the contacts opted out from your business unit.
The blacklist report show all the mobile numbers opted out from your business unit, and when exported shows all the associated data with those contacts.
Once you have logged on to the Cloud Portal and launched Campaign Manager, use the navigation menu on the left of the screen to select Reports and then Blacklist.
This will open a new page entitled Blacklist Report, here you can select to view the blacklist from your current business unit or any child business unit, or include children.
You can search the black list by mobile number or last name and then export the blacklist to a CSV file. If you want the whole blacklist, click Search and then when the list appears, click Export.
