To allow you to easily import data into Campaign Manager, we support not only standard properties, such as mobile number, email and name, but allow you to create as many custom properties as you need. You can set these up in the Settings menu of Campaign Manager and use them for merge fields, segmentation and reporting.
To set up, edit, delete and arrange your contact properties, go to Contact Properties under the Settings menu.
- To add a new property, simply click "Add Property" and type the name you want to give to the property and click "Save".
- To edit properties select the crayon icon.
- To delete properties select the trash can icon.
- To re-order properties click on the move icon and drag to the new location.
Once you have created a property here, it will be available for use in import, merge fields (when creating a message) and segmentation.
