Campaign Manager is Dynmark’s enterprise level mobile CRM tool that empowers businesses to create engaging, immersive and responsive messages via SMS. Campaign Builder is a SaaS application accessible completely online.
To log into the Cloud Portal go to http://apps.dynmark.com/DD.
This will open the Dynmark Cloud Portal where all of Dynmark’s Cloud SaaS offerings can be consumed. Click on the Campaign Manager tab in the Common Tasks section on the right hand side of the page.
The top right hand side of each page displays info about the account:
- The username for the account
- How Credits for the account are set up.
- Pre-paid Credits (remaining credits are displayed)
On the left hand side are the navigation tools for Campaign Manager. They are grouped into easy to use sections that are often used together or in series when performing tasks in Campaign Manager making the work flow more streamlined.
If you are using Campaign Manager for the first time or need to do initial administration please start at the Administration section of this guide.
In the Administration section you can:
- Set up and manage Users
- Create Test and Seed Numbers
- Configure General Settings and Socialable Hours
- Create and set up Originators
- Create and manage Business Units
N.B. Some sections in Settings require initial set up for Campaign Manager to work correctly, so please check with the relevant personnel/administrator before you continue.
