This short user guide will show you how to add and remove originators from your Message Manager account.
Once you have logged on to the Cloud Portal and launched Message Manager, select Settings and then From.
You can enter From Addresses here, by typing in the originator you want to use and click “Add New”. You can enter an alphanumeric word of up to 11 characters to add as your originator. You can then use this as who your messages will come ‘from’ on your recipients mobiles.
Note: It is recommended to add an originator with a minimum of 3 characters as some mobiles don't display messages whose sender ID's are less than 3 characters.
Note : Replies to alpha-numeric sender Id are not possible
You can add as many originators as you please like this, and edit or delete them by clicking the icons adjacent to the row.
