We recommend that instead of E-txt Desktop you use our SaaS application, Message Manager. Simply login to our User Portal and select Applications - Message Manager.
User has changed password but platform is not recognising it and user cannot send message.
Error password not recognised!
The password needs to be changed in the User Portal but also in E-txt desktop application.
Run E-txt PC – go to actions – change your activation details online, click next, change your password, next, finish.
