We recommend that instead of E-txt Desktop you use our SaaS application, Message Manager. Simply login to our User Portal and select Applications - Message Manager.
If you find you are sending out messages that are the same on a regular basis you may find it more suitable to set up and use a message template, rather than typing the same message each time you come to send an sms or campaign. Templates can be edited as well as deleted.
To set up a message template you will firstly need to ensure that the SMS Messages toolbar is displayed on the top navigational pane by having a messaging folder selected in the left hand Navigation Tree.
1.Click on ‘Templates’ and then ‘New’
2.Name your template and select your response options. There is more information on response options available in the Dynmark Knowledge Base.
3.Should you wish to use the validity period option amend the required settings here and finally write your text, saving by clicking ‘Ok’.
4.Once ‘Ok’ has been clicked you will then have the ‘Organize Message Templates’ box open. This is valuable if you wish to edit or delete the templates available. Click on the arrow to the right of template name to choose your template from the drop-down menu if templates have already been created.
