We recommend that instead of E-txt Desktop you use our SaaS application, Message Manager. Simply login to our User Portal and select Applications - Message Manager.
Before you change your password in e-txt you should be aware that your user portal password MUST match in order for you to send messages.
To change your password in e-txt:
Click on the Tools menu and select Change Activation Details
On the Product Activation Key page click on Next
On the User Name and Password page enter your new password in the dialog box and retype it in the confirm dialog box. Click on Next
Please ensure that the mobile number, E-mail address, 1st line of address, market sector & post code is filled out. If it is, then click finish.
You have now changed your password.
