View Operator Statistics
This short user guide will show you how to view the messaging statistics for all your Operatives in Text Chat.
N.B. Only Staff Supervisors and Administrators are able to access this part of Text Chat.
Once you have logged in to the Cloud Portal and launched Text Chat use the navigation menu on the left of the screen to select Staff Supervisor and then Text Operative Summary.
On this page you have the option to choose from two drop down menus; Operator Status and Select Period. Choose whether you want to look at All Operators or just Logged on Operators, and then the time period you want to review. You can select one of the given periods or choose your own.
Click Generate to see the results of your search. They will appear below the heading Search Results, lower down the page.
The results will show volumes of messages that are pending, ignored, inbound and outbound. It will also give you the average length of those messages, average response time and number of SMS (credits) used.
This report is very useful if you need to monitor the activity / productivity of several Operatives in Text Chat.
