This short user guide will show you how to set up a new Message Template in Campaign Manager. You can use Message Templates to complete the Compose Message section of Campaign Set Up or when using the Send SMS function of Campaign Manager.
Once you have logged on to the Cloud Portal and launched Campaign Manager, use the navigation menu on the left of the screen to select Campaigns, and then Message Templates.
Creating a message template is much simpler than creating a template for the whole of a campaign, all you need do is name and describe your message and complete the message copy. Once you have completed these things, click Save and you will be returned to the Message Templates home page.
From here you can also edit and delete Message Templates by clicking Edit, or selecting the templates and clicking Delete.
