This short user guide will show you how to view the Campaign Activity and success of your Campaign Manager business unit, or any child business units.
Once you have logged on to the Cloud Portal and launched Campaign Manager, use the navigation menu on the left of the screen to select Reports and then Campaign Activity.
This will open the Campaign Activity report homepage where you can define the search period and choose the business unit you want to search in. You can search by campaign name and for tests, campaigns or both.
Once you have chosen your search criteria, click Search and the relevant campaigns will appear. You will be able to see the sent, delivered and failed volumes for each campaign and clicking on those numbers will take you to the outbound message report, and you can export a list of numbers and their statuses from there.
If you just want to export the overall campaign activity, for example for this month you can select that criteria under date. When the search is complete you can then export the page to a CSV file.
