Business Unit Activity:
This short user guide will show you how to view the Business Unit activity for any given period, or your own or child business units in Campaign Manager.
Once you have logged on to the Cloud Portal and launched Campaign Manager, use the navigation menu on the left of the screen to select Reports and then Business Unit Activity.
This will open the Business Unit Activity report homepage where you can choose to view the business activity for a given period of a business unit, or include children to see the activity of all your child accounts.
The report shows how many campaigns have been sent and their success, you can then drill down into each value by clicking on it, to the campaign activity report and then outbound messages report.
This report is very useful for auditing and credit management for parent account users to monitor what child users are doing with Campaign Manager.
