Configuring the System
This section explains how to use the General Settings of Campaign Manager.
N.B. you need to be an administrator to access this part of the system.
Once you have logged on to the Cloud Portal and launched Campaign Manager, select General under the settings mu
This will open the Configure System homepage where you can configure the basic system features of Campaign Manager, including:
- Maximum child business units: – allows you to set the maximum number of child business units you can create. This will default to 9999; there is no real need to change it.
- Message length – choose short or long to either prevent or allow users to send messages longer than 160 characters.
- Default homepage statistics – when Campaign Manager is launched it will automatically show this date range on the homepage statistics; allows you to select what period you want to display as a default
- Sociable Hours – allows you to define the hours you want messages to be delivered between. You can apply these hours when you create a campaign.
Click ‘Save’ in the bottom right hand side to save.
