This short user guide will show you how to manage your contacts in Message Manager using some of the new tricks we have added.
Once you have logged on to the Cloud Portal and launched Message Manager select contacts to go to the contacts page.
You can now search for your contacts in a much easier way by typing the content you want to search for in the bar at the top of the page and selecting the field you want to search in from the drop down, select “Search” to find the contacts that match.
To rearrange the columns on your contact page, simply click and drag the column to whatever location you want. You can move as many columns as you like.
If you only want to view certain columns in your data you can click “Columns” and select or deselect the fields you want to view.
You can also easily edit any details of your contacts individually by clicking their name. A dialog box will then appear which allows you to change or add in any fields to that contact’s details and also select to opt them out of further messaging if required. This means that no further messages can be sent to that number.
