Sometimes circumstances change and you may be unable to connect to a site that you previously accessed.
If this happens please try the following:
Browse to another website - if this is not possible you have general internet connectivity issues. Please contact your IT support or internet provider.
Ping one of servers (e.g. apps.dynmark.com) - you can do this by opening a command prompt and typing ping apps.dynmark.com
If this succeeds contact Support as the issue is not a connectivity one.
If this fails and you use a proxy server please your firewall configuration is not blocking connectivity. Please search the knowledgebase for Firewall Configuration details.
