If you use firewalls to restrict access from your systems to external servers you will require the IP address range information below to create new rules to allow your servers to access the Comapi platform. If you do not restrict the IP addresses to which your systems connect you do not need to continue any further.
We recommend that your systems are configured to connect to our platform using HTTPS port 443 for added security. This will ensure that any data that is sent to our systems is encrypted.
Comapi IP addresses
Please ensure you add the following IP addresses to your firewall. For sending ensure they are permitted as the target IP address and for receiving data via our webhooks please ensure they are permitted originating IP addresses:
- Portal/API - Whitelist outbound traffic to
- Webhooks - Whitelist inbound traffic from
Our legacy Dynmark services use a different set of IP addresses and will need to be configured separately if you are using these services.
There are two options for configuring access, the 1st is simpler and should avoid the need for future changes, the second is more precise and therefore may require alterations in the future:
Configure access to all of our external IP addresses. The following IP ranges are owned entirely by Dynmark so you can be assured that you are only allowing access to our systems:
Outbound firewall rules
Your server IP -> 188.8.131.52/24 - HTTP (Port 80) & HTTPS (Port 443)
Your server IP -> 184.108.40.206/24 - HTTP (Port 80) & HTTPS (Port 443)
If you are not permitted to configure your firewalls to cover such a range the following sub ranges will suffice, however in the event of any future changes to improve our platform you may have to make additional changes to your firewalls although we will endeavour to avoid this.
Outbound firewall rules
Your server IP -> 220.127.116.11 - 18.104.22.168 HTTP (Port 80) & HTTPS (Port 443)
Your server IP -> 22.214.171.124 - 126.96.36.199 HTTP (Port 80) & HTTPS (Port 443)

Inbound firewall rules
Where our servers connect to your servers to provide data such as automated reports or Inbound forwarding your firewalls will need to be configured to allow connections sourced from these IP addresses :
- Automated Reports
- 22.214.171.124 - 126.96.36.199
- 188.8.131.52 - 184.108.40.206
- Inbound Forwarding
- 220.127.116.11 - 18.104.22.168
- 22.214.171.124 - 126.96.36.199
