A triggered campaign is set up specifically to be used in Automation Triggers. It can be used as the “Action” on your trigger to deploy a message to any user meeting that trigger event criteria.
In Campaign Builder, you configure the message, sender and interaction options but not the audience or deployment time. The campaign can then be activated and used in Automation in Control.
This type of campaign can be used to automatically deploy when triggers are activated for new registrations on the network, inactivity on the network or any in-app or onsite action you have configured.
