Within Campaign Builder you can create templates to be applied to just messages (at the compose message stage of campaign setup) or Campaigns to be applied to an entire campaign. These are useful for maintaining consistency among campaigns and also decreasing how long it takes to setup a campaign.
To view current campaign templates or create new ones, go to Campaign Templates under Campaigns. To create a new Campaign Template click ‘Create Campaign Template’ and follow the usual steps for campaign setup, excluding deployment. For more information reference the creating a campaign guides.
Click ‘Save’ to save the Campaign Template which will return you to the Campaign Templates page. You can view, edit and delete the templates using the relevant icons.
This section explains how to create Message Templates in Campaign Builder. You can use Message Templates to complete the Compose Message section of a New Campaign.
Select Message Templates in the Campaigns section.
This will launch the Message Templates page where you review current Message Templates and create new ones.
To create a new Message Template click ‘Create message Template’ this will launch a pop-up.
Choose what type of message you are creating a new template for; Simple Push, Chat Message or Rich Message.
Click ‘Confirm’ to continue. This will take you to compose the message, which will be different depending on which message type you choose. In this example, Message Builder will be launched to create a new Rich Message. Find out more about creating a Rich Message with Message Builder.
Once complete, click ‘Save’ and you will be returned to the Message Templates page. You can edit and delete Message Template by using the relevant icons.
